Htc Hd7 and Dell Latitued XT laptop/tablet +

Hi i have a Dell Latitude XT 12.1 laptop come tablet..pentium dual 2 core 1.5mhz 80 gig ssd 2 gig ram and usb external dvdrw ..the laptop is in exe condition comes with charger and restore disks running windows 7 this is a top of the Dell range in mobile tablets/laptop....and A HTC HD 7 mobile phone on o2 exe condition no marks on the phone ..Will swap for best mobile phone offered would prefer Blackberrys if possible
