I have a SAMSUNG NEXUS S for sale Had this phone for just under two years and gave it in for repair and been provided a new refurbished handset which I will no longer need as my upgade is due. This phone is now "new" and is compatible to work with the new Android software This phone was purchased from Carphone Warehouse hence is unlocked 16GB internal memory Supplied with the "replacement phone box", can provide the original box but this would be for the old handset.
