iPhone 4 16gb ONLY 9 weeks old ?

Here I have literally a 6 week old, 16gb black, boxed iPhone 4 on vodafone with over 10 months left on the Apple warranty. this is basically a brand new iphone and i can count the number of times its been used, the amount of warranty still left on it proves this.
