Brand new HTC CHA CHA not needed upgrade. I have installed useful apps on there like google facebook yahoo mail etc. Its got a great keyboard with lots of room for fast accurate typing. I will also include the battery charger and I will include a shell protective case I bought separate and a pack of screen cleaners and screen protectors can be seen working in Roath Cardiff or can deliver. Great if you want a phone with all the android apps a keyboard for faster accurate texting and a dedicated facebook button facility to instantly upload photos to friends. A good social phone for students etc also with a keyboard that is better and more spaced than blackberries. see mobilephonereviews for a five star review or techradar and CNET put it in the top ten phones of 2011.
